Trix King of Hearts Card Game

Trix, pronounced Tricks or Trex, is a Middle Eastern card game mainly played in the Levant region and very popular in Jordan, Syria, and Lebanon.

Similar to other compendium games in Europe, such as Barbu, Herzeln, Kein Stich, or Quodlibet, Trix is a four-round game in which five games are played each round. Each game is called a "kingdom" because the King determines which contract to play in each game. The five games are:

1. King of Hearts ("Roi de Coeur" or Sheikh Al Koba ♥)

2. Diamonds ("Al Dinary")

3. Girls ("Femmes" or "Banat")

4. Collections ("Slaps", "Slapping", or "Lutoosh")

5. Trex or "Trix"
